Congratulations for the winners!

We are also offering a limited amount of travel grants to the 10 teams with the best results to attend UKARA Workshop and Winners Announcement that will be held in Yogyakarta at 14th October 2019 (details of the venue will be announced later). The travel grants will be given upon the arrival of the participants in our event in Yogyakarta. In order to obtain the travel grants, participants are needed to:

Submit a technical paper, explaining the method applied for solving the challenge. You should use the ACL paper template and submit the paper via this following form (see below). The paper can be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia and submitted in PDF format. Participants are given the choice to make the paper open for public which later can be accessed via NLP UGM website.
Upload your code in your Github account and mention the link in your technical paper.
Submit the copy of ID-cards (KTP) of all the team members. This is as a prove that the participated team is not a bot. The team that can not provide the ID-cards will be automatically disqualified. (The name in the ID-Card should be the same as the registered team member’s name)

The requirements above are mandatory for the 3 teams with the best results.
For the rest of the teams in 10-best lists, the travel grants will only be given if the participants can submit the requirements above by 7th October 2019, 24:00 at the latest.

All participated teams which are not in the 10-best lists are invited to the UKARA Workshop and Winners Announcement but unfortunately we can not offer any travel grant.
